My name is Ashley-Rae, licensed Aesthetician, owner of The Velvet Room and I have specialized in full body waxing, sugaring and aesthetics since 2017. I prioritize client comfort and provide a smooth experience with every visit for every body. All of my prices include being able to choose sugar or wax for most all services. You are also able to receive 20% off Brazilian services by becoming a member at The Velvet Room.

Cancellation Policy

The Velvet Room requires a 20% non refundable deposit upon booking. I have a 7 minute grace period. Cancellation Policy: I never like to charge clients for services not received, but please take into consideration that I have to protect myself & my small business. For anyone who no call/no shows or doesn’t cancel or reschedule within 24 hours - they will forfeit their deposit AND be charged a 20% cancellation fee. If this continues to happen they will be required to pay a full nonrefundable deposit of their total service cost before booking. Every client will get a reminder text/email 3 days prior and 24 hours before their appointment. Thank you for understanding and continuing to support my small business!
